Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SwiftLR mobile application and the matrlsai.in website (together, the "Service"), operated by MatrlsAI, Bangalore, India. By creating an account or using the Service in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Who Can Use SwiftLR

You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorised to enter into contracts under Indian law to use the Service. By using SwiftLR, you represent that you meet these requirements. SwiftLR is designed for business use by transport offices, logistics operators, and related businesses — it is not a consumer product.

3. Description of Service

SwiftLR allows transport offices to:

  • Scan handwritten lorry receipts (LRs) and generate digital records using AI.
  • Send digital LRs to consignees via WhatsApp.
  • Receive arrival confirmation and send automatic WhatsApp notifications to consignees.
  • Store and search digital LR records for GST and audit purposes.
  • Receive a nightly dispatch summary on WhatsApp.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.

4. Free Trial and Subscription

New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No payment information is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, continued use requires a paid subscription. Subscription pricing, billing cycles, and payment terms will be communicated within the app before any charge is made.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods unless required by applicable law.

5. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and restricting access to your device.
  • Ensuring all information you enter into SwiftLR (party names, GST numbers, freight amounts) is accurate.
  • Obtaining any consents required from consignees before sending them WhatsApp notifications using SwiftLR.
  • Complying with all applicable Indian laws, including GST regulations and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
  • All activity that occurs under your account.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

  • Generate fraudulent, fabricated, or misleading lorry receipts.
  • Send unsolicited or spam messages to any party via WhatsApp.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the SwiftLR app.
  • Use the Service in any way that violates Indian law or the rights of any third party.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another user's account.
  • Use automated bots or scripts to access the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these restrictions without prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The SwiftLR name, logo, app design, and all underlying technology are the intellectual property of MatrlsAI and are protected under applicable Indian and international laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your internal business purposes only. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

Your lorry receipt data remains yours. By using SwiftLR, you grant us a limited licence to process and store that data solely to provide the Service to you.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the AI handwriting recognition will be 100% accurate at all times. You should always verify digitised LR data before sending it to consignees.

We are not responsible for any action taken by WhatsApp (Meta) that affects the delivery of notifications sent through our integration.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, MatrlsAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of business, loss of revenue, or data loss.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months immediately preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at anoop.meda@matrlsai.in so we can try to resolve the matter amicably.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered users through the app or via WhatsApp and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
