1. How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your SwiftLR account directly from the app at any time — no support request needed.

  1. Open the SwiftLR app on your device.
  2. Tap the Profile tab at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
  4. Read the confirmation message and tap Delete to confirm.

Your account will be deleted immediately. You will be signed out of all devices and will not be able to log in again.

If you are the only manager of your office on SwiftLR, the app will ask you to contact support to transfer the manager role before deleting your account. This protects your team's access to the office records. Write to us at anoop.meda@matrlsai.in and we will assist you within 2 business days.

2. What Is Deleted

When you delete your account, the following personal information is permanently removed from our systems:

  • Your name
  • Your mobile number
  • Your password
  • Your device fingerprint (used for device binding)
  • Your billing information — subscription plan, subscription ID, payment status, and billing dates

Your active subscription, if any, is cancelled at the end of the current billing cycle. You will not be charged again after deletion.

All active login sessions across all your devices are revoked immediately upon deletion.

3. What Is Retained

Lorry receipt (LR) records created by your account — including consignor name, consignee name, goods details, route, and freight amount — are retained as business records. These records belong to your office and are required for GST compliance under Indian law. Other staff members in your office will continue to have access to these records after your account is deleted.

Your personal details (name, mobile number) are removed from these records and replaced with anonymised identifiers. The records themselves remain intact.

4. Retention Period

Anonymised LR records are retained for 2 years after your account is deleted to meet GST audit requirements under Indian law. After this period, the records are eligible for deletion under our standard data lifecycle policy.

5. Request Deletion by Email

If you are unable to access the app to delete your account, you can request deletion by emailing us at anoop.meda@matrlsai.in with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and the mobile number registered to your account. We will process your request within 5 business days and confirm once done.
